<p>Verified sources have informed that Kabir Khan has shown Salman Khan a screenplay that is very dear to his heart. “Kabir believes that Salman is the only one who fits the role. Although there are many in the know who are pushing for other celebrities to fill the role, Kabir is convinced that Salman is his first option for the feature film, an insider told Bollywood Hungama.</p>
<p>Salman and Kabir have met twice in November and December to talk about the first idea. Salman has received assurances from Kabir that he would return at the end of January with the finished screenplay. Salman finds the concept exciting as well. The insider went on to say that if Salman accepts the screenplay, Babbar Sher would be his fourth picture with Kabir, after Ek Tha Tiger, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and Tubelight.</p>
<p>Tiger 3 was Salman Khan’s most recent release. Due in part to the Cricket World Cup events, it was not able to fully capitalize on the Diwali festival season after its release on Sunday, November 12. The movie ended its theatrical run with a total of 286 crores at the Indian box office, despite a great start collecting 44.50 crores.</p>
<p>In the meanwhile, Salman Khan and Karan Johar are reuniting for a high-budget action movie helmed by Vishnuvardhan, after a 25-year break. According to reports, Salman Khan will play a paramilitary officer in the movie, which is based on a real event. Originally, it was scheduled to begin production in November 2023 and be released on the big screen during Christmas weekend in 2024.</p>
